We want you to be happy with OpsFrame IQ. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. After 30 days, you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, but past charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
2. Email us at hello@opsframe.com with your order details and we will help.

Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
