1. Who we are
OpsFrame ("OpsFrame", "we", "us") provides OpsFrame IQ (the "Service"). We act as the data controller for personal data we collect about you when you use the Service.
2. What we collect and why
- Account data (name, email, login credentials, company name): to create and secure your account and to provide the Service. Legal basis: contract performance.
- Business data you enter (weekly check-in numbers, locations, commitments): to deliver insights and forecasts. Legal basis: contract performance.
- Support messages: to respond to you and improve the Service. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Usage and device data (IP address, browser, pages viewed, timestamps): for security, fraud prevention, debugging, and improving the Service. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Marketing communications (only if you opt in): to send product updates. Legal basis: consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Who we share data with
- Service providers / subprocessors (hosting, database, email delivery, analytics) that process data on our behalf under contract.
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for sale of the Service, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and fraud prevention.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
- Authorities where required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. International transfers
Some of our subprocessors may be located outside your country. Where data leaves the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep data
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Email hello@opsframe.com to exercise these rights; we aim to respond within one month.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege principles, to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure; we work to address vulnerabilities promptly.

We use essential cookies required for authentication and security, and limited analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this notice. Material changes will be notified to you by email or in-app.
