Privacy Policy

• Account information: your name, email address, password (stored securely, never in readable form) and two-step verification settings, plus the names and emails of people you invite.
• Business information: business name and settings, team members and their roles.
• Financial data: records you enter manually, import by CSV, or retrieve from QuickBooks Online if you connect it. This includes balances, transactions, invoices, bills, expenses, payroll and payment obligations, and the customer and vendor names they contain. This data belongs to you.
• Subscription information: Paddle processes your payment. We never receive full card numbers. We receive only a customer reference, your subscription status and billing events.
• Security and usage information: sign-in and security events, administrative actions, IP address, browser and device information, technical logs, and signals used for bot protection when you sign up or reset a password.
• Communications: messages you send us.

• To provide the Service (contract): creating and securing your account, running financial calculations and forecasts, generating explanations you request, syncing QuickBooks, and managing your subscription.
• Legitimate interests: keeping the Service secure, preventing fraud and abuse, sending service notices, supporting you, and improving the Service.
• Consent: for optional communications, where the law requires it.
• Legal obligation: meeting tax, accounting and other legal requirements.

We do not sell your personal information or your financial data.

OpsFrame's financial engine performs all calculations. When you ask for a plain-language explanation, we send a limited summary of figures that have already been calculated to our AI provider, and it returns an explanation. We do not send complete transaction histories, and we do not use your data to train AI models. AI explanations may contain errors.

Connecting QuickBooks Online is optional. If you connect it, we retrieve only the accounting data needed to provide the Service, and you can disconnect at any time. Intuit and QuickBooks are registered trademarks of Intuit Inc. OpsFrame IQ is not endorsed or sponsored by Intuit Inc.

• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for orders, subscriptions, payments, tax, invoicing and refunds.
• Intuit, only if you connect QuickBooks.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) when needed.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We keep information while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Service, meet legal, tax and billing obligations, resolve disputes and keep the Service secure. Financial records are archived rather than overwritten, so your history stays accurate. Cancelling a subscription does not immediately delete your data. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Copies in backups are removed as those backups expire.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also be able to complain to a data protection authority.

To make a request, email hello@opsframe.com from the address on your account. We will confirm your identity and your authority over the business. Then we will act on the request, keeping only what the law or security requires, and let you know when it is done.

We protect data with encryption in transit, strict separation between businesses, role-based access, two-step verification, and audited administrative access. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires. Learn more on our Security page.

OpsFrame uses limited cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and understand use of our website.

Essential cookies and technologies. We use necessary cookies provided through our hosting and security infrastructure. They help deliver the website consistently, protect against automated abuse, keep you signed in, and provide bot protection on sign-up and password reset.

Website analytics. We use our hosting provider's built-in visitor analytics to understand general website usage. This may include page views, traffic sources, device type, approximate country, visit duration, bounce rate, pages per visit, and commonly viewed pages.

Our public website does not use advertising pixels or third-party advertising trackers. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Ads tracking, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel, or similar advertising technologies. If we introduce optional analytics, advertising, or remarketing technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide additional cookie or consent controls where required.

Cookie names or durations may change when our hosting or security providers update their technology.
