This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions for the OpsFrame IQ service provided by OPSFRAME LLC ("OPSFRAME", "we", "us"), trading as OpsFrame.
Free trial
Every new organization starts with a 30-day free trial. You can use the full Service during the trial and you are not charged unless you subscribe. If you do not subscribe, access is deactivated at the end of the trial and no refund applies.
Money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund through paddle.net or by contacting us at support@opsframe.com. Please include your organization name and the email address on your account. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
What is not refundable
Refunds are not available for partial months or unused features after the 30-day window, unless required by law.
